We work with independent architects who plan nationwide. Coordination is digital – via email, phone, video call. These architects keep your budget in mind. With the finished design, you receive a complete project calculation that you can use to verify your financing.

  • Option for BzA certification (KfW)

  • Financing can be verified with the design

Planning Approval

Complete building application through to approval

The Design Development for your house includes:

  • An independent concept not based on catalog floor plans and providers
  • Living space calculations for the financing bank
  • Elevations and cross-section of the house with garage placement – sufficient for a preliminary building inquiry
  • Dimensioned floor plans taking into account local requirements

You are free to commission the Planning Approval through our architects under the conditions stated on this page, or to switch to another architect.

Using the drawings, your house can be precisely calculated and will remain within the already provided calculation.

With this agreement, you are not entering into any contractual obligations with a construction company and remain completely free and uncommitted.

Cancellation:

If no planning agreement is reached after the first phone call with the architect (e.g., if the chemistry isn't right), this agreement can be cancelled free of charge and informally via email until the design work begins.
